Engage to Change
Ongoing
Introduction
After seven years of impactful work, the Engage to Change project successfully secured an additional 24 months of funding to implement an informing and influencing strategy. This phase was crucially supported by a comprehensive communications exit plan. Strategic communications and PR efforts played a pivotal role in celebrating the achievements of former participants while effectively communicating ongoing policy and research activities beyond the project's initial scope.
The Brief

- Secure news coverage highlighting the project’s successes and subsequent policy changes.
- Translate complex research data provided by NCMH into audience-friendly social media assets and articles.
- Ensure all communications were bilingual, catering to both English and Welsh-speaking audiences.
