Introduction
After seven successful years, Engage to Change secured 24 more months of funding for an informing and influencing strategy. This phase relied on PR and communications to sustain stakeholder engagement, celebrate achievements, and drive policy and research initiatives.
Objective
Develop and execute a two-year social media strategy to celebrate project successes, advocate for policy change, and inform stakeholders about ongoing initiatives.

Develop a digital campaign aligned with the exit communications strategy to support Engage to Change’s informing and influencing efforts. Transform stories, data, and research into accessible and engaging social media content.

Executed a strategic PR and communications plan to secure media coverage, engage key stakeholders—including politicians and organisations—and inform the public.
Developed compelling social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter), incorporating videos, statistics, infographics, stories, and accessible, on-brand messaging.
Consistently managed and grew three social media platforms over two years.
Led social media and communications efforts for four key events, driving engagement and visibility.
Assisted with Welsh-language content for participant videos, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
Authored 15 articles showcasing key outcomes and success stories.
